Since beginning her Real Estate career in 1978, Meli Van Natta has dedicated herself to providing exceptional service to her clients. She earned her Broker’s license in 1982, became a Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute in 1990 and continues to expand her knowledge through educational courses. She recently received the designation of Certified Residential Specialist. This is the highest level of recognition available to residential salespeople and held by only 5% of Realtors nationwide.
To assist in serving her relocation clients, Meli has also earned certification as a Marketing Assistance Specialist and a Destination Services Specialist through Prudential Relocation.
Meli specializes in the Inland Empire area, representing both buyers and sellers. Her marketing strategy capitalizes on the growing popularity of the Internet and includes Virtual Tours and postings on various marketing sites for all of her listings.
Every Real Estate Company that Meli has been affiliated with has recognized her for outstanding performance. RE/MAX honored her as a member of the Executive Club, President’s Club and 100% Club. Coldwell Banker honored her as a member of the Gold Circle, Sales Circle of Honor, 100% Club and for Top 10 Buyer-Controlled Sales in 1988. Prudential Real Estate Services has awarded her membership in the President’s Circle and the Leading Edge Society.
